Windows live messenger has stopped working? Whats wrong? Only really done it since i got windows 7? Read desc.?

Well i got windows 7 and now when i go on windows live messenger every 20 miniutes it says windows live messenger has stopped working? and it closes msn down? Anyone know how to sort this or what i can do to sort it. I am user windows 7, ACER Laptop. Thanks for reading.

MSN can be such a b*tch sometimes. I've had it close up on my several times while speaking to my contacts for no reason! I'd try resetting it. I know its irritating but thats my best advice

the problem is that WLM is having conflicts with windows 7..
the OS is quite new so I suppose that's the reason your WLM does not work
You have to install the last WLM version .. I hope that works for you

? control panel
? add&remove programs
? ?windows live essentials?(if using WLM 2009)

? restart the machine
? sign in again
