ohkay i try and eat healthy , good portioned meals , healty ectt ...
excerise : swim 1 a week ( willl increase in a bout a month - im getting a pool ! )
dance 1 a week
trampoline work 20+ minutes mostly everyday
gym(school) twice a week ( 40 minutes )
walk dog ( 3 or 4 times a week- when I walk her )
workout (@gym) : once a week an hourishh
thats all i think of right now .. and i am almost positive thats it ... will that make a differance ? and anyone - OH ! I BIKERIDE FOR LIKE 2 HOURS WHEN ITS WARM OUTSIDEE ! as i was saying :P nowing any foods that promote weight loss and anything else i should do would be great !
