Is it ok to do this? I know all the proper ways to lose weight and I have been doing so, I just want to kick my weight loss into higher gear for about a month. So I was wondering if I can eat all the different types of trailmix, (I like the types with all the different nuts and raisins and chocolates inside) plus salads and soups for my meals. I will not work out like I have, I will probably just walk is this ok to do????? If so, how much weight you think I can lose in 2 months?
