You probably have a high metabolism. Everyone has their own unique metabolism, so each of us has to adjust our own nutritional intact and exercise levels to reflect that. Just make sure that you are within the normal weight range for your age and height. If you're not, adjust things appropriately.
And now let me mention age. As we get older, our metabolism with slow down on a gradual sliding scale downwards as we get older. So we find that we must make additional adjustments to reflect that too. You really need to establish a life long habit of periodic exercise, so that whenever you need to make adjustments in this area it does not come as a complete shock! The body is a machine that is more likely to breakdown in the two extremes of overuse or inactivity. Remember that!
The good thing here is that you are eating foods that are healthy for you. Continue to do this! Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, and/or bad cholesterol. These foods are less harmful and actually beneficial to the body.
Remember to maintain a healthy body and healthy mind by getting the proper amounts of good nutrition and exercise. Do all of this and live well!
