When you first go on a diet, how do you overcome hunger?

Not that I am not eating, I am just eating better proportions. I used to stuff myself and now I am fat.



I am 5.7 and weigh 185. WHOA.... pig piggy pig pig pig



But, now that I am not eating as much, I am HUNGRY all the time. Like that so hungry I am sick feeling.



A friend of mine told me to not eat anything for about a week and let my stomach shrink back to a normal size... but I am SOOOOOOOOOOO HUNGRY!!!!!!!!



I eat because I lost my job and can't find another one. So, I got depressed... I ate.... I got fat... and got more depressed and ate some more... you know the cycle....



But, I can't do this anymore. I am used to being a size 5 and now my 12s are getting tight.

I have started walking 3 miles twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night.



I used to be a health nut years ago... but I got LAZY.... (and married ) lol

Targetted weight loss is quite difficult, some peeple would declare impossible, but the only diet that really showed results for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I shed 25 pounds, it really does produce success!

you shouldn't go on a diet where you eat so much less that you are hungry or your body will start storing everything you eat as fat because it thinks you aren't getting enough energy.

you can still eat a lot but just eat healthier foods like fruit and veg and make sure your diet is balanced enough.

Also, you need to do regular exercise as well as eating healthier or you won't lose much weight.

I overcame hunger by eating healthy foods. please, DON'T let yourself go hungry.

If your diet was right - you would not be hungry all the time.

You're obviously eating the wrong foods. You need foods that will fill you up but are also relatively healthy and low calorie.

If you're hungry all the time; just snack. Don't deny your body what it wants. But make it healthy. Choose the right foods.

Carrots, celery, raisins, lettuce etc etc. Lettuce is great because it's negative calories, you can eat as much as you want.

Do not go a whole week without eating. Your friend doesn't know what she is talking about.

grab a bag of apples and have a whole bag full for one whole day loose weight by eating steady small hand size meals six a day in between meals have a bottle of water drink the water start the regime by eating apples for one or two days all day as many you want to eat until your no longer hungry keep up only apples until youe bowels cleanse fully
and your bowels feel emptied all the way.
The apples will clear your colon of all the build up and weight inside your colon making you unable to free yourself of the bloated and food craves. for real two apple days all day three meals a day then switch to six small meals of no more food than the size of portions the size of your palm of your hand per meal if you need more food in a meal suppliment the meal with more apples dont forget the water before the meal and then a hour after thats for six bottles of water a days or three two liter bottles of sport bottle size waters. guarantees you will loose 7-10 pounds of weight and a pound a week after that but unless you turn off the fat gene by krrp eating once you stop eating the fat genes think you are starving and thus the fat genes turn on and your fatter than before have the two full apple days alone nothing but apples and water then the third day you can start back with small meals five or six a day eating food equal to the size of your hand palm six times a day every two hours.

apples pick the kind you like most if you dont know which ones you like most try one of them all from the store and only buy more of the ones you love most for the rest of the diet its not a diet its a liveit
eat more veges and whole grains and more yogurt and fruit while eating after today your liveit starts the thrid day you have lost your colon loads from the two apple days just eat as many apples you want in a meal say four or five or six even then in two days of apples
your bowels are bound to release the accumulation inthe bowels
and youll have a healthy body and colon then feeed your clean body you will have a energy boost, sleep better more soundly and be more rested.
