When exercising should i focus on only one part of me?

When exercising should i focus on only one part of me?

Postby ILoveYou3 on Sun May 10, 2009 12:18 am

When exercising should i focus on only one part of me or should I focus on every part of me. Like should I only do exercises that only focus on my stomach and abs until my abs are the way i want them and then move on to legs or should i do one part a day or focus on everything everyday?

Thanks

You should work your entire body. You can put a priority on certain lagging body parts, but don't stop working any muscle group entirely. It might take you a couple of years to get your legs the way you want them, so that means everything else wouldn't be improving at all in the meantime.
