whats the cure for aids?

i am from africa and i got aids 10 years ago. i heard united states has cure for aids. can somebody tell me. or else i will die in the next year..

plaeast tell me your joking... i have seriouse case of aids and i will die if i dont get cure.

There is no cure only treatment to ease the symptoms.

There is no cure yet. They currently have medications to help with the progression of the disease and the side effects from it.

There is no cure for HIV or AIDS. There are only treatments which can prolong your life but there is no cure, I'm very sorry.
AIDS is the disease caused by the HIV virus, meaning you first contracted the virus and then developed the disease.

There is no cure, and probably never will be. There may be a vaccine some day, but not yet. the good news is that with medication, you can live a normal or nearly normal life span.

either its europe or england that has the cure for aids..you will need to look into it and im completely serious..its just that england or europe wont release the cure the the united states
