What to do with a roomate from the pits of h*ll?

What to do with a roomate from the pits of h*ll?

Postby berTreeHuggingLiberalLola on Thu Oct 22, 2009 4:09 pm

I've been living in a 2br apt for 3 years now, by myself. But I decided to get a roommate; the lady has been in the apt for just one week, and already it feels like eternity.

She LOUDLY snores, moans, and walks about the apt all hours of the night keeping me up. Tuesday morning, when I got up for work, she had peed and did not flush it; I had to tell her to flush it and she apologized.

When I got home yesterday, she had blood stains on the commode (apparently menstruating, sorry tmi); I had to again tell her to clean it and she again apologized. I lost my appetite and went to bed hungry.

And this morning, when I got up, she had urine stains on the commode so I told her to clean it. Right now I'm writing a 30 day notice to get her out! Can I legally get her out any sooner?

Ah Lola, another fine mess you have gotten yourself into.

You could try to return her rent and give her 48 hrs. to leave. Legally I don't think there is anything else you can do, except what you are doing. Good luck sweetie.
