What to do on our 2 month anniversary?

Me and my gf have been going out for 2 months now, and our relationship has accually become very serious. I made a date with her tomorrow night for our 2 month thing. So far i'm thinking taking her out to a really nice italian restaurant(which is her favorite food). She's a country girl and really likes the outdoors. there is this amazing dirt road that i discovered that goes right in the middle of the foothills of our city and you can see the lights from the entire valley from there. My question is.......should i take her for a really romantic dinner and then drive her up there and spend time with her up there.....or do i need to do anything inbetween our dinner and driving up there??? girls your opinion would be appreciated :)

go for a lovely walk threw the park and , have a pickin some thing

give her a big surprise..or go through the valley and have a nice picnic under the stars.

Go to a theme park, during the day....at night go out to a nice restaurant and finish the day at his or her apartment....

dinner then the drive, maybe bring a blanket ,a pillow or two, a bottle of wine, an opener, and maybe a *small (cheese) cake for dessert... & a couple of forks.*You could get that from the restaurant to go.
and just lay back and watch the starry night!

Since you are the only one who knows what your girlfriend likes, I would go with what you have already thought about doing for your 2 month anniversary. In the long run it probably doesn't matter what you do, but that you get to do it together.
