What should i do?! I'm completely stuck.?

Ok, so my mom has always had knee problems. And she's torn her minicus (it's a part in your knee) 2 times and has had surgery for it 2 times. Well, she was out enjoying the sunshine today, gardening, and then POP. She did something to her knee... AGAIN. I wanted her to come in, so she could put her leg up and ice it, but she refused, and she told me not to call my dad (He's away on buiness) - She's being a real butthead about it, I want her to take it easy, I don't want her to have another surgery, because the more she stresses her knee the worse it's gonna get. What should I do? Should I let my mom persist, and be a butthead, or shoud I try to get her to lay down abit and ice her knee? (I'm 13 BTW and I love my dearly, I want to her rest!!!)

I would recommend just letting her be even though I know that you are concerned about her.
