World governments should stay calm and out of the situation Governments should stay focused on taking care of the education, welfare and security of their citizens.

There is no crisis here.

Thomas Malthus (1766?1834), postulated that overpopulation would destroy human kind by out stripping the ability of humans to grow food...but much to the contrary human ingenuity was able to overcome the much awaited agrarian demise of the human race.

His work has been rehashed for centuries and still human intelligence and industry has proved his theory to be only that a theory without basis or a need to be acted upon ...much like the theory of global warming.

I think China had the right idea. They are dealing with a serious overpopulation issue (they are getting close to 2 billion soon) so the Chinese government decided to make a law that prohibits families of having more than one child. I would agree with that - these are desperate times. I would also agree to prohibiting in vitro fertilization and other methods of artificial conception because I feel that it is very selfish and immoral for a couple to spend so much money on these methods when the world is dangerously overpopulated and there are millions of innocent, orphaned children all over the world.

Force everyone in the world to babysit my nephews for one night.

I've been married to my wife for 9 years now and we still cannot get past the visions of horror we witnessed as we supervised the evil little bastards.

True story

How about for starters getting rid of anyone who believes that the World is overpopulated. This will free up a lot of room for other people. Or how about this one, we get rid of anyone living off of the government for more than five years in a row. Considering your last two dreams have been tried before and even at a local level, few communes last for more than ten or twenty years so they are both failures.
