Entrepreneur is someone who risk stuff for a living. So their goal is to win most of their bets. Like gamblers, they try to beat the other people or the system.

The main aim of an entrepreneur and all other businesses are to make a profit( just like gambling)... thats what business is about...

You open a business hoping that it succeeds so you can make a profit...

An entrepreneur is a man who dreams of setting up his own company and a corporate executive of the company he owns who sets up to develop a new product line or a new business for his own company in the hope that he will make a reasonable return of his investment. In short his main goal is to put up his own business and manages it. He seek the capital he needs, he scans the horizon for business opportunities, implement a strategy for his company so he can make a reasonable return of his investments. Your corner grocery store owner is an entrepreneur he owns the store and manages it. He is the the clerk the cashier the salesmen the janitor the accountant his goal? to have a return on the investment he made on the store. He is happy he does not have a boss he is his own boss.
