- Wash your face twice a day
- Don't touch your face unless your hands are clean
- Try to avoid stress and sadness, it can cause breakouts
- Avoid fast food and greasy foods
- Get atleast 8 hours of sleep every day.

I have tried so many different kinds of acne medications and all that stuff, but I promise you, nothing works better than the plain and simple tips:

- Change your pillow case every few days, and get a lot of sleep.
- EAT HEALTHILY. That's the key really.. it makes a huge difference if you eat a lot of veggies and fruits rather than oily crap.
- Vichie works really well. It's expensive, but it lasts a long time. The spotting cream gets rid of zits almost over night.
- Put toothpaste on the pimple, and in the morning, it's almost gone. Works better than freaking Proactive.. (that stuff sucks.)
- Birth control really really really helps for me, but depending on your age/parents/whatever, that may not be an option.

I bought this stuff on ebay, it works great on acne. It's medical grade salicylic acid, I bought it from maggme100 and it's like 10 bucks, It's the only thing that has ever worked for me! Good luck!
