I have a 4 inch without erect 5.5 with is that average? I'm not very far in puberty my voice isn't low and I don't have acne yet. What is the average size. I feel infeerier because most of my friends are far in puberty. And guys are always bragging and exagerating but I want to know If I even come close really.

Don't worry about it, guys say anything even if they don't know anything. I took of in all directions between 14 and 16 years and things have turned out just fine. As long as you can get it to work you'll be sweet.
