What is better a workout video or regular exercise?

personally...I just avoid the fatty foods. I guess it depends on how much weight you wanna lose because if it's only a few pounds, just avoid the food for a little and you'll get used to not eating as much so you lose the weight!
if you wanna lsoe MAJOR weight...then I have no clue haha. I'd just do regular exercise on my own or hang out with gfs more often to take my mind off food.
