Gaba, in natural herb department of health food stores. You don't feel any different, but when you expect to be feeling anxious, you don't, or not nearly as much. Takes maybe 20 mins to take effect and seems to last several hours. Long enough to get "over the hump". This works for the anxiety caused by having to introduce yourself to a classroom, for example.
