im working on my ged, im engaged and have a baby on the way, im 20 years old, i have labor jobs including 8 years of painting, 3 years of roofing and 3 years of dry walling under my hand of experience, but that isnt making me much money right now, considering the economy and where i live, ive mainly worked fast food the last four years of my life. i just want to know what would be a good easy to find or get job that will bring me in enough income to support this child and rent an apartment maybe, 2 thousand a month atleast.?

Although it may not seem like an easy thing to do but sometimes you just have to do it...I would recommend going into to health care. There will be a need for health care workers. Once you get your GED. Look for a place that will help you get training and become a nurses aide. I currently work as a ST-NA( state tested nurses aide) and I don't make a lot of money but I am comfortable with what I got...This will also open up the possibility of a new career in many departments if you such desire...Therapy( speech, physical, or occupational), becoming a LPN or RN, Dietitian the options are endless...Good Luck
