The key for losing weight is not difficult - eat less food and move more often - the difficulties surface when we really try to put that into operation! There are lots of opportunities to fail out there don't you think?! The sole diet which really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and CNN. I worked off 30 pounds, it really does produce results!

Nothing.

I've lost 90lbs over the last 15 months and I haven't given up anything. Sure I have to eat some foods less often, but you don't have to give up anything. As long as you keep an eye on your calorie intake and how often you indulge in less-than-good-for-you foods, you can continue to enjoy foods you've always loved.

I stay away from fast food in general, except Subway. I don't do any deep fried foods either and minimize sweets. I still treat myself from time to time, but since I've lost the weight and changed my eating I've found that eating my old way makes me sick to my stomach and very tired.

It's more than just Giving up foods. You must make a lifestyle choice to be healthy and fit.

Here are some tips:
- Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. meals should be clean low fat with plenty of Protein and easy on the processed carbs
- Try to cut out Sugar, white foods and flour etc.
- no eating after 7pm (or do not eat 3 hours before bed)
- Drink plenty of Water during the Day
- Exercise 5 - 6 times per week at least 30 min (40 is best)
- Alternate days of Cardio and resistance training (you need muscle building exercise to help burn the fat and rev up your metabolism.
- Tell People your goals! Try to workout with Friends or with an online community. This builds accountability!
- Do not let yourself down, stick to your plan no matter what! Keep telling yourself nothing tastes as good as being fit and Healthy Feels!

Good luck! and congrats on making the changes you are going to make!
