Ok so i started working on monday, I have been working out for several years but on and off, I lose weight then stop working out and gain again. The last time I lost weight I lost 35-40 pounds, I gained like 20 pounds back and was not worried cause i had time before summer, now i only have three months, well actually less. THE point of my question is that I have a wedding to attend on march 21st and i am an usher i need to lose like 10 pounds within like three weeks! What else can I do to maximize my weight loss?

try to go vegetarian till that date
it helps!, say goodbye to the burgers and everything that has to deal with meat, ham pork all that
except fish
and of course eat your vegetables

It is not a subject you can cover in a few sentences since everybody is different, try reading a good book ? one of the best sources of the latest Fat Loss and Fitness E-books written by some of the most reputable authors in the world is http://datingsources.net/fat_loss_e_books.html .

Two of the most interesting books I found there are Fat Loss 4 Idiots and The Truth about Six Pack Abs, however there are other good books as well. You can also watch there a lot of videos with many different exercises.

Whatever you decide to do, don't starve yourself - it is NOT the way to go!
