Ok so i started working on monday, I have been working out for several years but on and off, I lose weight then stop working out and gain again. The last time I lost weight I lost 35-40 pounds, I gained like 20 pounds back and was not worried cause i had time before summer, now i only have three months, well actually less. THE point of my question is that I have a wedding to attend on march 21st and i am an usher i need to lose like 10 pounds within like three weeks! What else can I do to maximize my weight loss?
