Just like your period. Actually it feels not much different at all. Sometimes a bit stronger.

mine felt like mild to medium period cramps. I didn't know I was pregnant at that time and I kept waiting for my period to just start. Mine went away after about a week and a half.

They were like mild cramps with no period. Sort of a tightening and releasing of your uterine muscles. Hope this description helps. Blessings!
