treat he With respect and tell her you value her opinion talk to her (heart felt conversation), complement her but don't over do it, trade sexual things for romantic things, give her your coat wrap your arm around her, kiss her cheek, hold her hand.

depends what type of girl
religious- someone to love her, go to church with her, good listener, pretty basic
party girl- arm candy/sex/money/love/good time
emo-sex/love/someone deep
beach girl- a good listener, good time, sex, someone to love her.
not ready for love- SEX, and MONEY!

That depends... Has she dated a lot in the past? If so she is defiantly looking for something a little on the sensitive side but you cannot be a total wimp either. Stand up to tough guys but listen in conversations and don't push anything sexual on her. In 10th grade too many guys have probably done that to her already. So short answer - Small Sensitivity with some honor and dignity.
