Is it good to put like Cetaphil after using a recent product that helps you get rid of acne and cleans your face but yet it makes your face dry? Will it do anything bad to my face?

You should definitely use a moisturizer; dry skin will cause more oil to flow through the glands and can make acne worse. Use a moisturizer that says "non-comedogenic", which means it doesn't cause acne.

Use moisturizer everyday, at least once per day. I recommend buying a whole face-wash kit that comes with moisturizer in the kit. Otherwise, you can just go to your local Walmart/Target etc, and go to the skin care aisle and you should find a whole bunch of different kind of moisturizers.

I strongly suggest homemade facial mask. They are healthy for you skin also. mix one egg yolk, one teaspoon honey and a teaspoon olive oil and some vitamin E oil if you have it. Smooth on and leave on for 15 min. , rinse in lukewarm water and pat dry. If your skin is a bit dry you can put a dab or two of either olive oil, or any other light oil, or plain crisco if you want something heavier, on your moist skin after washing or a mask and your face is set without the $$ some people spend for the same look.
