Seriously, it's horrible. I never sit up straight, especially when i'm at the computer which is most of the time. I'm getting worried, because my back is really starting to hurt. I'm only 18 too! If I don't improve it now i'm afraid it will get worse as I get older. What should I do? I'm in college so I don't have time for yoga classes, although i've heard that helps.
