What are some nutrition myths?

Dieter - " I didnt lose any weight, i even gained a pound!"
Trainer- "Dont worry you're just gaining muscle!! :D :D"

Thats the stupidest one. That every time you gain a pound dieting its because you are gaining muscle. HUGE MYTH. You dont put on muscle that fast. in a documented setting, a person lifting weights and doing cardio only gained around 10 pounds in the course of a year, like a pound a month, while losing weight.
