With a small child and pregnant?

My husband and I constantly argue over every little thing. He is disrespectful to me, mean to me and our daughter, a bigot, a racist, and selfish. We share totally different parenting views (his involves physical force) and I don't feel like he is a good husband or a good father. Overall, he's just a nasty man.

He's not overly abusive like some would think, but just... over the top, maybe? Or unnecessary. That's the best I can describe it.

Go to your local courthouse and ask for the paperwork to file for divorce, child custody and support. Fill these papers out and then file them with the courthouse. Look into the possibility of needing a lawyer depending on how difficult your other half is going to make getting the divorce

If he hitting you or the baby get out now!! Go somewhere safe and give yourself some breathing room then get legal aid or some legal advice. Their only babies once :(
