there are sights online that can help. i cant find what i looked at before - do a google search. you can even print out papers online.

Well...you can fill out the papers for it on your own in most states, including the custody and child support papers...If you can't afford a lawyer, you may be able to get one for free, or at a low price through legal aide...
Try to remain strong and don't bad mouth the kids about their father..let them know on their own how he is...and hopefully there is no long drawn out custody battle or divorce.
I'm here if you need someone to talk to, i've raised children on my own for quite some time.
