I run distance, everyday, and I have energy.
I can also eat whatever I want and not gain weight.
In your case, you want to build energy and lose weight.
I advise four easy jogs a week, and those butt kicking cardio four days a week, (one overlap)
and sometimes, take a break.
that is the exercise portion.
Now for your diet, you should chose filling foods with low calorie and no trans fat.
Don't do silly things like eat every 3 hours or eat no bread, they cannot be maintained.
Settle for portion control, eating red meat rarely, using beans, cheese and nuts as proteins that two to three servings should be eaten per day..
Spicy style fish is also very filling, flavorful and healthy.
Try peanut butter apples/ crackers for sweet cravings, or bananas.
as usual, eat fruits and veggies. Also, do eat healthy whole wheat bread.
Drink lots of Water and fat free milk, a juice or special drink is ok on occasion.
Now, the benefits!!!
Running creates endorphins in your brain that make you happy and self confident.
You will be able to safely lose weight and tone up.
By running, you will build your stamina, allowing you to do more, like flirt in a bikini!
