weight loss suggestions...?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good way to loose weight. I work out and am pretty active, but when I have time to sit...I sit for a while. I am quite lazy, and am pretty much looking for a way to get more active. I want to loose weight, knowing that my eating habits aren't the best, thats not my problem. My problem is that I can't find a decent workout to do everyday. Please help. Oh and I do NOT want to take pills or any weight loss supplement. Thank you!!

go for a walk with family or friends. just start to be more active. get rid of junk food( you can have junk food just not every day maybe a treat when u have lost weight), eat health do more activities that you like doing

Walk, Walk, Walk! Walking is a great cardio exercise and you can burn alot of fat and calories by walking. Dr's recommend you walk at least 30 minutes a day, but for those of us, like myself who dont get out much, there are alternatives. For instance, Walk Away the Pounds DVD's offer 1,2,3,4, and 5 mile walks. The one mile walks takes 15 minutes! For each extra mile add 15 minutes, so in 30 minutes you can do the 2 mile DVD and so on. Good luck to you!

Just going off of your name Tennis Chick, maybe try racket ball, squash, or badminton.

Or try some non conventional methods for weight loss like bowling, snow shoeing or rock climbing, which are all quite fun :)

Weight loss was a permanent drag for me until I checked out acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, but they sure worked for me, and they've been featured on CNN too. There's a free trial on currently at http://pubelecs.kadieu.com, why not check it out , what's the worst that could happen?
