I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good way to loose weight. I work out and am pretty active, but when I have time to sit...I sit for a while. I am quite lazy, and am pretty much looking for a way to get more active. I want to loose weight, knowing that my eating habits aren't the best, thats not my problem. My problem is that I can't find a decent workout to do everyday. Please help. Oh and I do NOT want to take pills or any weight loss supplement. Thank you!!
