Weight loss question, Can any one help?

Hello. Im an 18 year old boy. Im about 6 foot in height and i weight 13 stone. I know myself that i weight far to much for my age and height. My aim is to lose about 3 stone. And in the same time maybe build up my strenght and maybe get a 6-pack. My diet is really bad. I eat really bad foods. The thing is im not a lover of "healthy foods" But i can still eat healthy if i put my mind to it. I dont live beside a gym or swimming pool. But i do live beside a running track. I also smoke, Not an awful lot but i can quit. It has an awful effect on my running and chest. So can any one please help me. Please please help me. I need to do this..

run in the track three times a day for 20 min. walk if you have to since the smoking might have affected your lungs. Then keep a food journal and write down what you ate and cut down on the bad foods one by one .

Definatly quit smoking. I know it's hard its very addicting, but it won't help you health at all. Stick mostly to vegies and away from fried foods! Maynays are a big no-no! Salads are very good, try those. Also fish is good for you, as long as it isn't fried. If you like to snack after school i would try some trail mix or fruit. Also eat breakfeast! Try something whole grain. I like oatmeal a lot. But their is gronala bars that have fiber in it that's perfect. Stay clear of Mcdonalds and try to limit treats like icre cream or cake to once a week( at the least) Try your best and i hope this helps!!

Breakfast is the main key to anything I know you may think eating won't help you lose weight but having a healthy breakfast controls hunger later on.
Just walk a lot and if you feel hungry when it isn't lunch or dinner time chew a piece of gum or drink something.
