Hello. Im an 18 year old boy. Im about 6 foot in height and i weight 13 stone. I know myself that i weight far to much for my age and height. My aim is to lose about 3 stone. And in the same time maybe build up my strenght and maybe get a 6-pack. My diet is really bad. I eat really bad foods. The thing is im not a lover of "healthy foods" But i can still eat healthy if i put my mind to it. I dont live beside a gym or swimming pool. But i do live beside a running track. I also smoke, Not an awful lot but i can quit. It has an awful effect on my running and chest. So can any one please help me. Please please help me. I need to do this..
