Try another machine--- I like the elliptical. It's more fun, a little easier because there's less impact on your joints, and burns more calories. Talk to your doctor about how fast you should lose weight, though, because usually slower (no more than 2-3 pounds a week) is better. Losing a lot of weight at once stresses out your body.

Also, the guy who answered below me is spamming. He's posted similar replies on other questions. Acai berry will not make you lose weight. Eating less calories than you burn is the only sure-fire way.

Why not move it in front of the TV or move a TV in front of it? That way you can be occupied by the TV which will allow you to walk on it longer. I do this at the gym and it really helps cause you kinda forget you are working out. Just get into the routine of getting on everyday and you should get use to it and do it as a habit.

OOh you could also put a picture of you on the fridge or something so you can see what you want to look like or don't want to look like
