Im looking to lose a little. Dont go to the trouble of seeing if what im asking is unhealthy, cuz ive already done my research. Im 5'7 and weigh 140, and my goal weight is 120-125. I dont need answers saying "exercize and eat good." Do a good deed, and help me. Plan my meals. Ill love you forever. Thank you:)
