First of all, how do you feel physically after eating this? More energy, or tired and lethargic? Clarity of thought, or less clarity? Bloated and uncomfortable, or good digestion? Thirsty (sodium), or hydrated? Balanced moods or irritable? That is your tell tale sign of whether or not the food is working for your body or not. I recommend certainly looking into and reading up on becoming a vegetarian for health and well-being. However, understand that vegetarians don't live on salads alone! The more fresh fruits, greens, veggies you eat, certainly the better. When making decisions regarding your diet, do so powered with knowledge and understanding of what constitutes proper nutrition and a well balanced diet. How do you do this? Read a lot about it, because one book or person's outlook isn't necessarily the best for you. I generally read a lot of books on vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan diets, and then I take little bits of info from each and then decide what works for me through trial and error and how I feel afterwards. I certainly feel better when I eat fresh, living/raw vegan foods. That doesn't mean I always eat what is best for me, but I always regret it when I don't! Listen to your body. And read read read!
