I've heard clickers can be super-effective for training dogs in things like that. You prob need to work on the jumping but I was really impressed with the weaving. He knows what you want him to do but doesn't seem that bothered. Can you think of a better incentive?

What strikes me in this video is that you haven't yet established a working relationship with this dog. By the time we started working on jumping, my pup was already well used to working with me, and had a lot of body awareness, due to the foundation work we had done. Below are some videos of foundation exercises that will help you if you want to do agility with this dog, Please don't dismiss these things as only important for people who want to compete at high levels- these are even more important for dogs who don't have great structure, such as yours, and can benefit your dog even if you never end up competing (which isn't out of the question, I would suggest a venue such as CPE or DOCNA where you can jump lower heights). Also, please keep in mind that you do need to have this dog evaluated by a vet, and that there may be a physical component to the dog resisting jumping (yes, I recognize you from another question I answered!)
