tips or advice for weight loss!?

Okay, I'm trying to lose weight. I've been drinking Green Tea like crazy and have been eating healthy. I haven't had anything bad for about 2 months. I don't eat any red meat. But I need to lose weight faster. Can anyone give me any tips or advice? Or maybe an exersise plan that worked for you or one of your friends? Thanks!

I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry. The pattern for losing weight is not difficult - eat less food and workout more often - the difficulties surface when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are lots of stumbling blocks in the real world don't you think?! The one method that definitely showed results for me is green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I lost 25 pounds, it definitely does work!

My advise is keep up the good work! You sound like you are already on the road to successful weight loss.I say just start jogging or swimming or some type of weight training, with what you are already doing you will be so shapely everyone will be jealous!

You already are kind of on a diet so my advice is to workout 3-5 times a week and you really don't have to go to the gym you can to sit ups or push up , dancing is a really good exercise that works your whole body also go for a run or walk in the fresh air.Oh but don't try any man made diet stuff because that is just garbage.

weight loss is not a quick process unless your a celebrity. eat 3 healthy meals a day and exercise more. its simple when you think about it. and by the way is there a company paying people to post there pills on this site they seem to be on every page.

I lost over 20 pounds after I changed over to eating the Paleo Diet. You don't have to buy the books because it's really simple. Eat meats, some fruits and nuts, and a lot of vegetables. No grains or processed sugars. If a caveman wouldn't have eaten it, you don't eat it.

I was skeptical at first, but it really did work and I don't count calories and I didn't exercise more than I already did. First time in my life I've been able to see my abs.
