can you use all five cards on the table and not used either of the 2 cards in your hand, if the five cards on the table makes a better hand?

Yes, in fact you have too. If the 5 cards on the table are your best 5 card hand then that becomes your hand automatically. If it is also your opponent's best cards then you will both have the exact same hand and the pot is split between you.

Yep. You use *any* combination of table cards plus the cards from your hand. Check wikipedia:

This section says "If the five community cards form the player's best hand, then the player is said to be playing the board and can only hope to split the pot, since each other player can also use the same five cards to construct the same hand."
