Okay, I'm in no way shape or form overweight. However, I'd really like to lose 10 or 15 pounds. I am afraid to try pills because of health risks (but feel free to mention them if you must) and I dont have the money to buy healthy choice foods all the time. Plus I have a very busy schedule so I'm used to minute meals that I eat in the car on my way to where ever i'm going.
Is there any foods that are quick and easy to make that dont require any strange ingredients?
And what workouts do you find most sufficient? I work out every night to Seventeen's Magazine monthly workout, but not all of those really work for me.
You can laugh at me if you'd like - lol, I probably deserve it, but I have a goal to live a healthier 2009 so I'll take any advice I can get
