have a close friend and we sometimes have "fun" together if our gfs are not around....then when i'm in a group and the subject of gays turns up i feel embarrassed even though I am str8 but dont mind having fun with my best friend

No I don't think that you should feel embarrassed.
Don't be embarrassed of your sexuality- whatever it may be. You are just experimenting and there isn't anything at all wrong with that. If you are being safe and you like being sexual with your friend, then please, please keep doing it and enjoying it.
If you do come to the realization that you are bisexual or gay then there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that either, it is completely natural do not listen to what most people will tell you. Religious people will discriminate against you but they are in the wrong. There is no problem at all with what you are doing and it is healthy. Please do not feel embarrassed for what you do. You are fine. Plenty of people experiment in the way that you are and there isn't anything wrong with you at all. Do not feel shame. Have a wonderful time doing it!

I can kind of relate. I have been having sex with my girlfriend's mother when my girlfriend isn't around. It is our little secret. Then she gives me money and stuff to take her daughter out.
