Well that's ok. I mean, other feel embarrassed doing it with other friends. Others are embarrassed not doing it with their buddies. It's ok bro. Having "fun" with your pals like that is an experience not everyone gets.

Dude why are you embarrassed for somthing that you do or are if your going to do what you do then dont be embarrassed about it. there is a certain curiosity in all of us. lots of dude experance M/M fooling around.

nothing to be embarrassed about. you're doing something you enjoy. and it's between you and your friend. no need to talk about it. but also no need to be embarrassed.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed, but you don't have to tell anyone either. Unless they find out you have nothing to worry about.

HOWEVER, I don't think that it's right that you are doing this. You both have girlfriends so technically it is cheating. Whether it is your "male friend" or a "random female" it is still cheating and bad. If your girlfriend (either of your girlfriends for that matter) find out, they will be very hurt.

Is it worth it?

I think you feel embarrassed because of the way gays are talked about
usually guys aren't to nice when they talk in a group about this subject,
and here you are, listening to it and probably joining in.
The truth is a lot of guys go though a time when they have a friend that they fool around with, the call it experimenting, others would call it gay.
We are complicated creatures. Most people don't come under the title of gay or straight, but rather some where in between.
Being gay goes beyond the sexuality of the situation, it involves an emotional, romantic attachment. I say if it feels good do it.

Im not sure how old you are, but i would take a guess and say you are early teens.

If so, its quite normal. A lot of kids growing up experiment together and its nothing to be ashamed of.
