I wouldn't send her today, I would call and check if she has homework.

Be super careful that this doesn't happen again though.

How old is your daughter? Maybe it's time to let her get an alarm clock as well, so if you don't wake up on time, she will. If she's old enough she can have that responsibility too. You have to teach her some time... rather sooner than later, right?
