Should I become an internet entrepreneur?

I am 17 years old and have an interest in the internet and its business potential which quite excites me. There is no way I could build a website myself or even run it, but I have ideas that I would like to do but have very little money. Do you think that I should become an internet entrepreneur? Well, sine you have no idea how to design a web site, you would have to hire someone to do it for you. Since you have very little money, I think you will find it hard to hire someone to do a professional job. So, you either need to learn to design web sites for yourself, or start saving money.
