3. At the gym, what machines do you recommend and doing what on them? like speed and if on treadmil, what incline? [i have a stairmaster, ellyptical, treadmil, bike, and weights]
4. Any good tips about working out? Like, I've heard that if you move around and switch machines you'll lose more weight or something.
5. What are some things you find help you not think about food? Dumb question, I know, but I want to get into more things other than TV and stuff.
6. Which is better for weight loss, walking or running? I've heard you burn more calories when walking, but I'm not sure because I've also heard from other people running's better.
