I have recently started drinking green tea, to possibly help assist in weight loss, and for the fact that it is good for you.
Yes, I am dieting and working out.
I know green tea alone wouldn't do much good.
But does it matter what KIND of green tea I drink?
For example, is decaffeinated okay?
And what about "Green Tea with _____"
The blank being some sort of other flavoring.
For example Blueberry, Mint, Lemon, Peach, Etc Etc..
