pitbull,american bulldog or mastiff?

Hey am getting another dog I have a pitbull already but I want a different breed I've been doing research and I've came to a conclusion I know I want either a pitbull, amer bulldog or a mastiff I like all of them put I don't know with one to pick if you tell me with one to get tell me why please help

Well.. which personality suits your life more? have you checked petfinder.com or any rescue groups to ask them if they might have a dog that might suit you? We cannot tell you which breed to make a lifelong commitment to, but I hope you end up with one you love. (:

i think you should go with the bulldog. they're pretty dogs. i would say a mastiff, but those dogs are just way too big, and they eat more than a family of four in one day!!

Ive had a Pit/Mastiff mix and she was the best dog i ever had! She was very easy to house train, to teach tricks, and everything. She looked more like a mastiff tho. So im thinking that a mastiff would be a great new family member :) Ive heard theyre pretty easy to train as a puppy :) Good luck with your choice!

It really depends on your lifestyle. If your an active person that goes jogging then you probably don't want a Mastiff. They are honestly couch potatoes. American Bulldogs are sweet dogs if raised right. American Pit Bull Terriers are also good dogs as well. If your an active type of person then I would go with the pit, if your more of the lazier type then the Mastiff, but if your in between then I would go with the American Bulldog. Hope this helped. well, you have a pit bull already......being a terrier, its energy level is probably pretty high......mastiffs need limited excercise and rough play because the way their joints develop.......which would be kinda difficult to do w/another dog that wants to play.........go for an american bulldog.....diff breed from the pit bull....

I personally love mastiffs. I grew up with mastiff breeds so by defalt they are my fav. They are great dogs, and very smart. not much else i can say lol. i just really loved mine growing up :)
