Philippine Soap Opera that just GAGS me.?

I hate that soap opera where the little wide eyed kid is always depressed and sobbing. Seems like everyone in the soap opera is crying more often than not. What a depressing soap opera. Does anyone else feel the same?

No, I don't watch it. My significant other does and I just gotta get up and leave before I puke.

I generally do not watch soap operas, or telenovelas as they are also called. I have never enjoyed watching anything that delves on miserable lives - - the staple in soap operas. The writers are experts in creating even more miserable sub plots to an already depressing sub plot. For that matter, I also skip movie gossip TV shows. There is nothing in these that will improve me as a person.

While I don't watch these programs, my job used to entail watching at least an episode so that I know exactly what programs there are on TV so that other than popularity ratings, I know the kind of programs I am recommending to my clients.

Yuckk. Those are just for cheap and shallow-minded people...and, of course, including also those gayy Korean dramas.
I'd rather watch HBO or National Geographic Channel.

that is exactly why God gave us freewill... nobody can force you to watch something that will make you gag...

but i do agree with you, everyone is crying or depressed in filipino soap operas... but come to think of it, who would watch any soap opera if all the stars in it are laughing?? right?
