right i am around 5"10 and weigh around 59kg, and im not planning on diet but, to lose weight what is it i have to do more of is it cardio? i cant remember which is best for weight loss. not looking to lose much only like 2kg maybe a little more.
before people say i am underweight, i have been to the doctors before and they say as i have a quite active lifestyle its ok, otherwise if i sat at home i would need to gain 7kg!
also does anyone know a website or something to help calculate fat % as im just curious.
