need help losing weight? what do i need to do more of?

right i am around 5"10 and weigh around 59kg, and im not planning on diet but, to lose weight what is it i have to do more of is it cardio? i cant remember which is best for weight loss. not looking to lose much only like 2kg maybe a little more.



before people say i am underweight, i have been to the doctors before and they say as i have a quite active lifestyle its ok, otherwise if i sat at home i would need to gain 7kg!



also does anyone know a website or something to help calculate fat % as im just curious.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight fast and I found Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet which is working for me. As a male at 5' 9" and 59kg You dont need to lose weight unless you want to look like a friggin freak
