Eliminate as much sugar as possible. Look at the labels, even things like ketchup. i lost 25lbs cutting out soda and most' sweets. Also buying sugar free goods. Takes about 6 weeks to conquer the sugar cravings. Bring reg coffee and tea on board if you miss your soda. Good luck

This website can help you lots. Try it: http://www.healthyfood.co.nz/

First of all start reading the labels in the food packaging. Check the energy (calories) and the saturated fat which should be less that 10g per 100g of food (10%). You can also check the sugar content. Avoid snacking on fatty or sugary foods. Fruit, yogurt and veggies are excellent for snacking. Plan your meals, considering your calorie intake and stick to you planned menu. Make sure that you weigh yourself weekly, recording the results. It is a great motivational tool. Once you see the results it boost your confidence. Include both cardio and resistance training in your programme.

Check out Daphne Oz's book called The Dorm Room Diet. Even if you don't live in a dorm room or in a college setting, her health/exercise/food advice is so helpful and very motivating. Good luck!

Weight loss was a permanent drag for me until I used acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, but they sure worked for me, and they have been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial happening at the moment at http://herebits.zanity.net, why not check it out , what have you got to lose?
