Go to the dentist, tell him the problem. Hopefully he can grind down the rough edges of your teeth. Happens all the time.

I don't think it is that your tongue is too soft - but that you may have some dental problems - Talk with a dentist - he may can polish or grind down any sharp edges on your teeth - It's an easy fix -
