My dream last night has me super scared.?

I can sometimes see things before they happen, through my dreams. Well last night, I dreamed that I died and everyone was getting my funeral ready. I saw my grave, headstone, everything. But I wasnt dead, cause I remember talking to my daddy and mama and everything. But everyone was planning on me to die, or something. I dont really know. Im terrified now. What does this mean?

Could it be the medicine Im on? Im on prednisone and it makes me not sleep.. or could it be stress or what?
