It could be insipissated milk, mastitis, mammary cancer, hyperplastic mammary tissue, or involuding mammary tissue, for starters and in the order of liklihood. If she stops eating or acts sick, she will be very very sick if it is an infection. Prevention is the best medicine here, take her to be seen and really consider spaying her as well.

Her milk glands may be swollen, and she may need a vet to advise what to do so she doesn't get an infection in them.

Hi! Sounds like your cat probably has mastitis. If so, the symptoms would include: swelling, red or purple discoloration around teats, yellow, pink, or brown discharge, crust on teats, a red vein like pattern moving away from the nipple and heat upon touch. If any of these are present she must go to the vet for antibiotics. This is a life threatening condition, not to mention, VERY painful for her.
When kittens are taken from their mother so young, they aren't completely done nursing, and its very common to see them become painfully engorged. Mastitis is relatively common as a result.
In the meantime, you could try and hold a cloth soaked with warm water to the area for 10mins. a few times a day, as long as she will allow u to do this. This will help relieve some of her pain. Good luck and I hope she gets better real soon...
