Hey guys.

listen im 125 lbs 17 4ft 9 inches and i wanna lose weight

if I eat special K for a month and workout is it possible for me to lose about 10 lbs.

bubbles, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there... 99% of them don't work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs! YEAH ME.. 28lbs to go, but anyways I got them for free from this website, they may still be doing it.. not sure but check it out.

Any kind of weight loss depends on 2 main factors: your nutrition and your workouts.

Nutrition to lose 10 pounds

1. Avoid drinking sodas - You may not know this but some people drink much of their calories instead of eating them. Not only will drinking sugary sodas and juices cause you to overdo on your calorie intake, they will also make you hungrier due to all that sugar.

2. Snack it up - I hardly eat big, regular meals. I eat small snacks instead. Lots of them. This helps me to remain full throughout the day, keeps my energy level up, and helps me to maintain a high metabolic rate. All these things will help you to lose 10 lbs. faster than ever.

3. Buy it fresh - The further away food is from its natural source, the worse it usually is. If it comes in a can, frozen, preserved, or otherwise processed, avoid it as much as you can. Eat food that is fresh. It will make the pounds melt away.

Workouts

1. Make sure to do at least 3 intensive workouts each week. These don't have to be long. An hour for each workout is more than enough.

2. Build muscle mass - More muscle mass means a faster calorie burn rate. You don't have to be bulked up to reap the benefits of more muscle tissue. Even a slight toning up can mean an easier and faster way to lose 10 lbs.

3. Be as active as you can - Small things add up. If you make small daily actions which burn some calories here, a little more there, you will eventually see it on the scale. Think of ways to be more active during your day and you will shed weight faster.
